Selling on the Fnac online marketplace

Getting started Fnac

Fnac are a French retailer with stores throughout France and other countries such as Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Monaco and Morocco. The Fnac model is similar to that of UK retailer GAME who operate an online marketplace in addition to their high street retail operations.

To list on Fnac, your company must be registered with the Trade and Companies Register. And all your after-sales service must be conducted in French.

Fnac is a business-to-consumer (B2C) market place, selling to customers in France.

You can sell on Fnac if your business is in one or more of the following sectors:

Subscriptions and fees

As a seller, you’ll need to pay a monthly flat rate fee of 40 EUR and a percentage sales commission, based on the item sold (ranging from 8-14%).
