The opportunity

You’ll join us as a recent graduate with a passion for digital and B2B marketing – someone who’s ready for a career where creativity meets strategy. From day one, you’ll become part of our ambitious plans to engage customers at home and abroad. This means working on projects that help shape the future of Scotland’s economy – from transition to a net zero world to growing and attracting innovative companies in cutting-edge technologies. You’ll unleash your potential, learn from industry experts and carve your own path to success in an exciting, rapidly changing world.

The role

You'll play a crucial role in shaping our company's online presence: building our brand as you help us get valuable customer insights. Delivering results through innovative marketing campaigns, you’ll work right across all of our digital channels – applying your skills and creativity to social media, SEO, analytics and email marketing. It’s a role that comes with hands-on experience and mentorship, setting you up for a successful career in digital marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver our corporate affairs and marketing strategy
  • Developing engaging, optimised and relevant content, based on customer insights and journeys
  • Helping develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across all our channels
  • Researching customer trends and behaviours to improve our reach and encourage action
  • Analysing customer insights, data and metrics to optimise and improve campaign performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our digital marketing effort
  • Contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions to attract and engage our target audience

Who we're looking for

You’ll be driven, talented and raring to get a jump start on a career in digital marketing. You’ll also bring us:

  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creativity, adaptability and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital trends
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude when faced with challenges and opportunities

What we offer

If successful, you'll gain access to the following benefits:

  • Membership of the Scottish Enterprise Pension and Life Assurance Scheme – a pension based on your final pensionable salary, flexible retirement options and generous life assurance cover
  • Up to 43 annual leave days a year (including public holidays), with the opportunity to buy additional holidays
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • A health cash plan
  • Our Employee Retail Benefits Scheme
  • Our Employee Assistance Scheme
