How we support our graduates

The challenge of transforming Scotland’s economy today – and in the future – requires Scottish Enterprise to encourage a vibrant, innovative, representative and engaged workforce capable of thinking differently and delivering creative solutions.

Not only do our graduate roles offer excellent development opportunities across the business but they also allow for further learning opportunities through group learning sessions, tailored CPD courses and access external events to ensure our graduates can be their best.

Our focus on young people in our organisation is promoted through our Young Leaders Group which enhances the voices of young people across the organisation. The Young Leaders Group aims to provide new ways to make a difference and create unique development opportunities for our young people. The group also offers a chance for young people across the organisation to network and connect with one another.

We also have our Coaching and Mentoring Programme available to all of our colleagues who are looking to develop a new skill or help them reach their full potential.
