Business Women Scotland

Business Women Scotland (BWS) supports startups and scaling companies that are led by women – as well as female entrepreneurs – in Scotland. With over 18 years of experience, BWS specialises in developing programmes tailored for women in business.

The organisation’s flagship programme, BWS Programme for Growth, was designed for growth-oriented, women-led businesses that are ready to advance to the next level. BWS also runs the Futures Group – an initiative that targets young women aged between 16 and 25. Its mission is to inspire and develop the next generation of women leaders in Scotland.

BWS hosts award ceremonies that celebrate the achievements and contributions of women in business. The events highlight leadership, innovation, and the impact of women-led businesses within the Scottish business community.
