From Diagnostic to Action: Leadership Tool Workshop

A focused, half-day session for strategic, ambitious leaders who have completed our leadership tool and now want to turn the findings into clear priorities, aligned leadership behaviours and practical next steps that support delivery and innovation. 

The aim of this is focus and alignment. Working with your diagnostic outcomes, we’ll help you identify what matters most, understand the leadership patterns behind it, and agree a small set of actions you can begin within the next 30 to 90 days. 

What you’ll gain on the day

• A clear view of the key patterns from your leadership tool results (what’s helping and what’s getting in the way)
• A leadership-level view of how behaviours are affecting strategic execution  
• A clear discussion of your current balance of risk and innovation and the implications for growth and resilience
• A peer challenge: compare approaches with other senior leaders and leave with practical ideas you can adapt

What you’ll leave with 

You'll leave the workshop with:

• Three to five leadership priorities agreed for the next 30 to 90 days 
• A one-page action outline showing what you can stop, start and strengthen, and a simple check-in to keep your momentum going
• A short, usable description of the leadership behaviours to role-model (what 'good' looks like in practice), ready to share and refine with your leadership team 
• An option to get follow-up specialist support to help you embed changes in your organisation
