What's the programme about?  

If you’re an ambitious leader, the Transformational Leadership Programme can help you to strengthen your strategic thinking, lead through complexity and drive meaningful change. The programme will support you to broaden your leadership approach and make a stronger impact in your organisation.

This programme is designed for leaders who want to develop the self-awareness, strategic foresight and the influence needed to lead change effectively. It combines practical learning, reflection, coaching and workplace application to help you apply new thinking in your own organisation. 

What's the structure?

Delivered as a blended learning experience over several months, the programme has the following structure:

• Diagnostic insight – you’ll use leadership profiling and feedback to build self-awareness and identify your development priorities
• Workshop modules – sessions cover strategic foresight, adaptive leadership, high-performance cultures, influence, talent, resilience and personal leadership
• Individual coaching – one-to-one coaching will help you to apply learning, work through challenges and strengthen the impact of your leadership
• Workplace application – you’ll focus on a live challenge in your organisation, turning your learning into action and measurable progress
• Digital support – online resources, tools and learning materials will help you to prepare, reflect and continue learning between sessions

Two programme levels available

We offer two levels of the programme and allocate places based on your individual needs:

1. Our programme for emerging leaders – five half-day workshops and eight hours of coaching support 
2. Our more advanced, established leaders programme – five full-day workshops and 10 hours of coaching support 

Programme cost

The cost depends on which version of the programme you attend: 

• Programme for emerging leaders – £850 plus VAT 
• Programme for advance/established leaders – £1850 plus VAT

Workshop 3 - 6 October half-day, Glasgow 9:30 to 12:30
Workshop 4 - 27 October half-day, Glasgow 9:30 to 12:30
Workshop 5 - 17 November half-day, Glasgow 9:30 to 12:30
Future state playback - 8 December half-day (in workplace) Time TBC
Strategic impact review - end of January 2027
