Build a pipeline of capital investment projects which will result in an additional £310 million per year of capital investment in infrastructure
Significantly increase the scale and ambition of the investment projects we support
Support development of 175,000 sq. ft. of new or refurbished manufacturing space in key locations alongside creating 425,000 sq. ft. for future development
