You may lodge a complaint with us if you consider that we have infringed data protection legislation because of the way we have handled your personal data. 

Scottish Enterprise seeks to resolve directly all complaints about how we handle personal information. 

To make a complaint or if you have any questions about the privacy notice, including any requests to exercise your legal rights in respect of your personal information, contact our data protection and information governance officer
